running on E

I'm soooo tired today. I got back to ATL at 4am and then didn't go to bed to five. That meant, of course that with poetry class being from 10-12, I was going to show up at 11am, extremely late, but prepared. I must have pressed the snooze button like 500 times. I was determined to go to poetry though, even though it's not that serious. So I showed up at like 11:10 and the teacher was at the door like, "Class is just ending, only 2 people showed up." I was like oooo k... but relieved. I handed him the 3 poems I had planned to share today (I'm trying to secure my grade). Then I ran to the library to work on other classwork and I ended up researching for my Senior seminar project, and guess what?! I CHECKED OUT BOOKS FOR THE FIRST TIME AT THE GT LIBRARY! It was probably the last time I will be doing that too, since I'm about to check out of here.

When I walked into the apartment this morning, my heart completely sank. I was reminded of why I had stayed at home so long. I don't like my cubby hole of a room and the closed, tight kitchen. Just living with others in such a small space is taxing enough... I keep reminding myself that I have only FORTY DAYS until I graduate and this minor ordeal will end. At least most of the people I room with are cool.

So now I am about to go to my video class. I hope my group partner wrote the script that was due today because it is going to be graded. I couldn't have written it alone because it was his idea, I just liked it and jumped on the bandwagon. God will bless the situation though. If my partner didn't come through on it, hopefully my prof will be gracious and let me throw something together. gotta run tho.
