Easter again

It's only fair to acknowledge the fact that once again, I was not in the house of the Lord on Easter. Shameful track record.

This Easter found me at a Unitarian Universalist Church completing an assignment for Diversity class. I attended their Flower Communion Ceremony, which was quite interesting. I left early because I wasn't in accordance with giving glory to things but not talking about how great God is. I can't fault them for what they believe though, and they were quite nice to me while I was there.

Still, I experienced dissonance at the thought that I was not celebrating Easter in a Jesus-acknowledging place of worship. However, I didn't feel like it would have been right for me to feel guilty about not attending on Easter when I obviously haven't been all semester.
